• Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities.• Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts / Project Managers for Site Work Instruction.• Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.• Collect Project Cost Data and Estimate the ETC (Estimate to complete) and EAC (Estimate at completion).• Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.• Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.• Working on standard ERP system. Assist ERP systems users with data conversion

• Main responsibility is to manage my team to work in a sequence to meet customer deadlines.• To prepare the BOM as per customer drawing and then prepare the costing of complete assembly/parts.• To prepare process planning chart required for the particular job and as per operations required.• Our main motive is to utilize maximum material and resources available and reduces scrap value.• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.• To coordinate with various outsourced vendors for product development and to prepare a planning strategy for the whole project.
