• Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities.• Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts / Project Managers for Site Work Instruction.• Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.• Collect Project Cost Data and Estimate the ETC (Estimate to complete) and EAC (Estimate at completion).• Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.• Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.• Working on standard ERP system. Assist ERP systems users with data conversion

• Handling Designing and fabrication of Industrial Equipment. • Preparing BOQ and their cost estimation. • Handling Drawing section of Project unit. • Responsible for preparing project list based on work order. • Responsible for checking the drawings received from Parties before approving the same and forward the same to Team Lead Layout. • Responsible for checking vendor drawings on bought-out items and comment on the same.• Responsible for preparing Drawing schedule with inputs from Team. • Responsible for designing the products and complete its Fabrications work and taking care of the cost estimation for each design. • To deal outsourced vendors for as built material/hardware.
