My responsibilities at the Monitise Americas:1) Look for the quality assurance of the product before it goes for testing in QA environment.2) Manage the website help area for various handsets and carriers.3) Manage the website for the various financial institutions which sign-up with monitise americas.4) Manage the product from the carrier side as how they handle the products on various handsets.

My role on the project is to define test strategy, create functional and component failure test cases, execute test cases and generate bug reports using Bugzilla. Identify test scenarios for Load testing and Component failure testing.- Develop Quality Assurance plan including testing scope, strategy, resources and hi-level test requirements.- Develop test scenarios and detailed test cases.- Develop test cases and test scripts for Functional and Component failure testing.- Performed Penetration and performance testing.- Performed defect identification and reporting with use of tool Bugzilla.- Created Test Coverage Matrix and Test results.- Identified test data for test case execution.

Worked as QA Lead managing 2 offshore team members for client AllianceBernstein. Supervised development of test scenarios and test cases. Used Quality Center to track and report defects. Presentation of test coverage matrix and test results to stakeholders.

Writing Test cases, test scenarios and test plans for client State Bank of India. Performed Data Driven Tests to validate the same scenario with different test data. Developed test cases for functional and GUI testing.

Also used Test Director for bug reporting and WinRunner for writing automation scripts using keyword-driven and test plan driven testing.
