I work on gut issues like constipation/IBS/piles; liver issues; reproductive disbalances such as PCOS, peri-menopause and lifestyle diseases like diabetes & blood pressure, with an aim to remove medication and reverse the disease.In the process you will experience weight loss, renewed energy and better skin.I use ‘food as medicine’ and only work with plant-based diets.Anyone who engages over a few months, learns how to eat food differently and reorganise one’s kitchen.For those into more training & sport, I work to integrate plant-based diet to fulfill your fitness goals.Having studied clinical psychology at the master’s level, mental health remains an area of deep interest. I use somatic techniques drawn from naturopathy, yoga, Chinese breathing, to help clients with psycho somatic issues, specially those related to Anxiety.

Headed the project rollout and implementation of a 2 district project in Rajasthan focussed on Maternal Nutrition. The program (called Rajpusht and later converted to a state scheme: IGMPY) aimed to reduce low birth weight in babies using conditional cash transfers and behavior change communication. Oversaw the implementation of an RCT on reducing anemia in Odhisa in collaboration with George Washington University.

As a key member of STIR's leadership team and working with the CEO, I drove the strategy and delivery across : Operational planning, Knowledge Management and Leadership DevelopmentAdditionally, I led the program team of two core STiR programmes: - Affordable private schools (APS) Programme, where STiR directly implemented its models in 180 low budget Schools with 600 teachers. -Partner Programme, where the objective was to embed the STiR’s model within another NGO’s core programme. Working with Pratham and American Indian Foundation (AIF) through a two-year partnership to embed the programme in 9 states across 6500 schools

- Designed scale up for two state-wide initiative across 21 districts of Haryana, rolling out an ability based learning program and school based monitoring system for 15,000 schools with 1450 government field monitors-Defined the scope of the engagement, success indicators, budget, action plans, team structure and activity timelines as Project manager on a 18 month technical advisory project

-Led a team of 20 to manage a portfolio of accounts working on Google's online advertising product.-Provided operational support to the US clients working with a global cross cultural team

- Handled processes related to payroll/accounting/attendance/leave/performance appraisal of 800 civilian labourers, in hard field conditions.- Responsible for the general administration and management of 500-700 combatants engaged in security of men and material in a sensitive Army location
