•Web team was moved into the Marketing department which is focused on 'Media Strategy'.•Creation of 'Web Advertisements Project' with my internal team and the agency Dentsu. In this project, Kao want to find the new low cost Ads on Internet with high technology. Dentsu’s role was human support and making the new payment way for this new high technology Ads.•Project team's purpose is “using the right data for media planning” and “finding the effective strategy”.•Identification of team strengths and weaknesses. Some members required further training and education on web marketing. •Assigned promotion of internal staff to Project Leader.

•Our web sites are made by in-house creators and the delegated agencies. This team is very strong for TV Commercial Creative. I was the Web Creative specialist. I have to teach the basic web page’s making. For example, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SNS (Social Network Services) usage and so on. At some cases, I was the leader of a web campaign. In this case, I made the master plan of web sites and SNS activity.•Main objective is skill training for staff and leading the creative team.•My main tasks are planning the creative meeting, run education programs and analyze results after web site was opened.•This responsibility covered Japan and all of Kao's Asian countries such as China, Taiwan and so on.

Kao Asia includes China, Taiwan, Thai, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.This project covered all above counties’ company except Vietnam.•Converting contents to new system, education to the local staff and setting the KPI for each web site. •The project went country by country. Each country’s project was about 6 months. •Project completion late 2006 with big domestic and then global success.

This figure was the highest number within Japan TeamSite’s users.
