~ Perform machine PM to ensure machine in good condition and prevent unnecessary machine down time and additional expenses, mainly for Optical Surface Analyser (OSA) version 6100, 6300 and 7120. ~ Perform recipe verification, correlation and machine repeatability test.~ Troubleshoot machine if encounter any error for smooth in-process data monitoring.~ To prepare back up plan and arrange immediate machine swap if machine down.~ Access new recipe provided by customer and arrange for internal implementation.~ Optimize current recipe or create new recipe in order to minimize defect escapee to customer.~ Also responsible on other machines maintenance to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. E.g Microscope, Micromax, AFM, Park System, Optiflat, Chapman, TMS, Micropioneer XRF and Flatness.
