I played a vital and collegiate role in the leadership and management of the organization to achieve objectives and plans in a timely manner. I have strong analytical and problem solving ability which allows effective implementation of best practice. I have the ability to improve upon existing systems and take initiatives across various functions to support high quality deliverables. My communication skills allow for a rapid rapport with clients, and my strengths include self-motivation, conflict resolution and ability to work within tight deadline.As IT unit head I assumed responsibility for implementation of IT procedures, standards and practices and ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and integrity of information resources. My responsibility included overseeing collection, organization, analysis and dissemination of information for the planning and control of national revenue operations. The job required enforcing strict adherence to all change management policies and operational procedures. As operational head in Pakistan Revenue Automation (Pvt.) Ltd; I was responsible to coordinate with Chairman FBR, Members and Director Generals of Tax offices. I have been part of the steering committee in which policy decisions are taken. I have headed 24/7 operations in which I have developed human resource and launched Data Entry Center with 600 employees.
