- Engaged in various deals including sell-side and buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts, and financial (debt and equity) and operational restructuring and business turnaround,- Investment idea origination & execution, carrying out investment analysis of new opportunities, control over portfolio companies, preparation of investment proposals, information memorandums, etc.,Selected engagements: -- Financial restructuring of the major oil-field services company with total debt ca. Investments in oilfield service companies.

Responsible for development, marketing, financial and general management, including:• Devising the development strategy that included identification of competitive advantages, definition of product mix, determination of main revenue streams• Building and maintaining sustainable structure of operating activities, by negotiating terms of cooperation with all counterparts• Running the research on the Russian online cosmetics market by analyzing the demand structure and major customer’s needs and by doing thorough examination of key players

Acting as an assistant to Group CEO:• Conducted preliminary research (both business and financially) and prepared CEO agenda for strategic negotiations with major international partners (Boeing, EADS N.V., Pirelli s.p.a., Finmeccanica s.p.a., Renault-Nissan, Daimler AG, etc).• Supported privatization of “ROSTEC” non-core assets, including drafting information memorandums, analyzing financial statements and receiving relevant corporate approvals (during internship time with Corporate Procedures Department of “ROSTEC”).
