Worked on the Remote System Manager (RSM) project which is an ecosystem offering:- A remote device management and monitorization service- A web portal as the main gateway for System Administrators to get access to the devices and perform remote operations on themMy responsabilites:- Managed multiple RSM ecosystems, for multiple vendors, handling a range of 20 to 2000+ remote devices on a production environment.- Handled the product releases by running DB migration scripts, deploying new code to the Production environment and monitoring it- Managed production incidents- Managed AWS infrastructure (load balancers, RDS instances, EKS clusters, EC2 instances)- Handled infrastructure migrations (from an AWS EKS cluster to another one, moving devices from a production environment to another one)- Responsible with making the right technical decisions, brainstorm and suggest potential improvements, fixes and new features of the system.
