Senior professional in agricultural and resources economics, natural resources and environmental management, mining safety-health and environment, environmental impact assessment and audit, urban environmental management, pollution prevention, public policy, and social and institutional analysis with :(i) 40 years of grounded experiences in the above areas in university, research institute, consulting business (RTI, Chemonics, DAI, ADB, WB, USAID, JICA), NGO, government (Indonesia), the World Bank and private industry (Freeport McMorran Gold and Copper), and Asian Development Bank; (ii) a proven track record in managing organization with a complex mandate, served as senior level positions :Chair Compliance Review Panel ADB, Director and Executive Vice President at PT Freeport Indonesia, Senior Environmental Specialist at the World Bank, Director in the Ministry of Environment Government of Indonesia and Director for Center of Environmental Studies in Eastern part of Indonesia;(iii) a passionate teacher taught environmental economics and resource management (associate professor) at Hasanuddin University, adjunct professor at Business School Bandung Institute of Technology, University of Indonesia and others.Specialties: (i) a good skill in developing partnership with various stakeholders, had extensive networks in South East Asia, Japan, and China and developing networks in Iran, Turkey, Tunis, Saudi Arabia; in Africa :Ethiopia, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria; and South Africa and Central Asia : Kyrgyz, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Mongolia. (ii) a proven capability in building team work and managing multidisciplinary-multinational team; staff management and mentoring, project and financial management, business development and marketing services.
