I am in the social development sector since 15 years. I have started my first job 2008, in the sector of HIV AIDS prevention. In parallel, learned Early Childhood Care and Development, Mother and child care. In 2012 started as Projact Coordinator of a NGO. I was responsible for three projects(from three separate funding agencies)in different areas of West Bengal Red Light zones. Continued focusing on gaining more knowledge in Networking, Project design, Log Frame, Budgetting, Project planning( including maso & micro planning) and Tracking tools to understand developmental achievements. In 2014 joined Funding organization as Project Officer, initially get responsible for 4 projects. Gradually have taken several trainings to uplift my skills. Have promoted as the Lead of the team working on behalf of Indienhilfe at India in 2019. Now I can effectively manage and the main area of my current work are: Pre-funding assessment, Impact review, Financial controll and planning, Team leading, Policies, Periodical assessment & review, Evaluation tools, Stong networking, Effective documentation and communication, Decision making, Organisational strategies and road mapping, etc. Effective networking is another part of my work. Beside many of the Indian platfors(including German Consulate, IAS of PHED dept. Govt administrative officers of Education and Mother-Child related departments etc.), have physically discussed & presented my work 5 times at Germany, Herrsching in front of different stakeholders like administration, schools, companies as well as organizational board members. In parallel to my occupation, by passion I am a board member of a Indian Trust, and majorly responsible for project development and management, fund raising, internal control and strategies, communication etc. Look forward for more opportunities of work and always open for learnings!
