This includes in-house Algo developments & customizations, DMA order flow, API Based Algos and its integration. Responsible for ideation in Using and integrating third party tools / applications with trading platforms for risk and performance monitoring. • Responsible for smooth execution trading flow at HNI Trading Desk that also includes Jobbing Algos across products (Equity, Futures, Options, Commodity, FX). This includes working with various cross functional teams to onboard FPI Clients as DMA. • Overseeing Technology Risk management - remediate pre and post trade risks arising from and / or impacting our execution platforms• Driving Product Innovation, Ideation & Execution at Emkay • Overseeing regulatory compliance / approvals for all trading products• Responsible for Improvisation projects to enhance the team’s performance, project delivery and documentation. This includes Driving New Product developments as per company’s / customers’ needs. • Responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding of FIX Clients by EES Team. • Heading an 20- member Electronic Execution Team. Primary role is to mentor and drive towards delivering products/ projects as per business expectations

• Primary responsibility to bring in expertise in the field of algorithmic trading from risk perspectiveto prevent any accidents in trading platforms vis-à-vis risk frameworks.• Work on designing and taking up new specs from Risk/RMS perspective for existing and newtrading platforms as per changing market scenarios• Review Risk/RMS Frameworks on a continual basis to ensure that we have covered risk holisticallyfor our in-house developed and vendor provided algos / trading systems.• Preparing Functionality Test Plan / Framework along with the team by understanding the riskassociated with newly developed algorithmic trading platforms, which can be further used by testingteam during testing process.• Lead Order and Trade Analytics Team (OTA)to develop a system that ensures that all the risk /RMS rules that are in place are working as per expectation.• Work with team on designing and creating specs for OTA for any new trading platforms which areon-boarded by the business for Algo Trading.

• Primary responsibility to bring in expertise in the field of algorithmic trading (working closely with traders to understand their requirements, analyze performance of current Algos, tweaking Algos for best performance under changing market conditions and evaluating competitor products in the market and adapting to changes in the fast-changing market scenario. • Work on designing new Algos as per changing market scenarios and Emkay requirements• Review alternate trading platforms on a continual basis to see if we can adopt any features for our ALgos / trading systems.• Preparing Functionality Test Plan along with the team by understanding the business requirements, which can be used by testing team during testing process.• Have a close overview on the overall trading environment at Emkay (IOB / FIX / DMA / SOR). This includes BOD/EOD and all daily BAU trading operations related activities. • Interacting with different teams of the Emkay (IT, Business users, Risk, Compliance & Back-office) for understanding their needs, providing technological solutions & ensuring a smooth roll-out of the mutually agreeable solution as per teams’ requirements • SPOC for Emkay with regards to dealing with Trading platform vendors for Company’s Institutional Desk• Responsible for being a bridge between Senior Management, Business and Trading Operations / IT. Part of the ideate group responsible for the next course of action (vision) with regards to technology that can assist business /management in taking informed decision.

• Primary responsibility is to work closely with customers (leading brokerage firms) to understand their business requirements and proposed solutions that are in line with their business and goals then translate them into software requirements document and over-see the project through deployment and UAT.• Interacting with different functional teams of the client (IT, Business users, Risk, Compliance & Back-office) for understanding the needs (gap analysis) & and ensuring a smooth roll-out of the product as per client’s requirements• Reviewing logic for those strategies as well as testing strategies provided by the Tech team before passing on to the clients.• Creating plans/logics and test cases for various option strategies including Single Strike, Differential Strike, In the money Option Hedging, 2l3l IOC, 2l3l Bidding, 4L black box trading, 4L Bidding, Basket Arbitrage, Generic Pair, IV difference Hedge, Strategy based on Delta-Movement, etc.• Developing Functional logic and test cases for Inter-Exchange algorithms and Intra-day Jobbing Strategies• Developing Functional logic and test cases for Market-Making Strategies• Preparing Functionality Test Plan by understanding the business requirements, which is used by testing team during testing process. Prepared Integration Test Plan which was used by functional team as well as development team for doing a detailed testing on the business application. These include mostly the arbitrage strategies in Capital market. • Coordinating with Risk Management System (RMS) Team for testing purpose to implement any new product released by the company• Competitive Analysis of the best technologies available in the industry, analyzing the gaps & getting the same updated in the product.

This includes automation of vlookups, deletions, as well as logic for calculating the brokerage fees.
