As an intern, my responsibilities include assisting in the development of creative strategies for clients, engaging in concept and content ideation to achieve brand objectives, supporting sales outreach efforts to boost client acquisition, and aiding in project management for social content.series, and contribute to administrative tasks to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency

As a research assistant at the lab, I have two main responsibilities:1. Facilitate the collection of data for researchers2. Analyze survey data to help researchers make insights on consumer behaviorIt has been amazing learning about the different data collection methods that take place in market research. Working in this environment motivates me everyday to continue building my skills in market research and data analytics in general!

I had the opportunity to do product analytics on two of Sopheon's products: Acclaim Ideas (idea management tool) and Acclaim Products (product management tool). I created weekly reports that included pirate metric data and used product analytics tools like Heap to create performance dashboards which included first level user activity. I also created visualizations that mapped out user onboarding journeys in order to see where users were dropping off.

As a digital marketing intern, I gained experience primarily in online reputation management and social media. My responsibilities included responding to customer reviews on platforms such as Google My Business, setting up conversion trackers on Google Ads, and creating/scheduling social media posts for clients. I look forward to carrying the skills that I learned here into my future professional roles!

I received mentorship from industry leading executives in sports business from a wide range of companies including ESPN, VaynerSports, Wasserman Media Group, and more. This internship connected me to many sports business professionals through interactive mentorship sessions throughout the summer. Being a marketing major, I was given the privilege to learn more about marketing within sports business directly from industry professionals including VaynerSports CMO, Mike Neligan! I also received mentorship from business professionals across all functional areas of business, which gave me a strong and comprehensive understanding of all operations within sports business. I'm grateful for this experience and cannot wait to apply the knowledge that I've acquired throughout this internship!
