About Rushal Heena
Switched from the IT sector to work with children on building scientific temperament & mathematical reasoning. Over the years my students have grown by approaching Math & Science in a fun and exciting way. Some even share my passion of spreading the joy of learning with fellow children.I am also the coordinator of The Sciencify India Programme, which has more than 30 schools on board. Through Sciencify, we conduct inter school science exhibitions, science fiction writing camps, summer camps and hands-on science & math workshops for schools.I work with students, teachers and education enthusiasts to create a fear-free environment for children in which they explore, discover, try, make mistakes and learn from their as well as their peers' experiences.I believe in discipline of the orchestra, rather than discipline out of fear, for such discipline is just a farce.I invite all educators to collaborate on how to make the process of education more meaningful for both the students as well as teachers.In my free time, I engage myself in constructive social initiatives like Music For Peace, Gender Sensitization & Black Lives Matter.
