I also served as the lead for strategic diligence on several corporate development opportunities and was a change agent within the business to expand the strategic scope of the company from a breastfeeding accessories company to a women's maternal healthcare brand.Over my tenure the business grew annual global sales from approximately $120M to more than $150M, even with significant headwinds from the Covid-19 pandemic, subsequent supply chain crisis, and a 2% year on year decline in the birth rate. Many of the products we launched, and those in the pipeline yet to be launched, secured national listings at top retail accounts including Walmart, Amazon, and Target and are sold globally in other retail and ecommerce channels in more than 28 countries.
