About Rushdee Warley

With over 20 years of experience in high performance sports, I am passionate about creating and leading a world-class daily training environment for young and elite athletes across multiple disciplines. As the CEO of Inspire Institute of Sport, I oversee the strategy, operations and management of a cutting-edge sporting facility that provides access to world-class coaching, sports science, and training facilities.I have worked in three different countries with vastly different sporting systems, gaining valuable insights and perspectives on how to optimize performance and development. I value and encourage collaboration, creativity, challenge, and fun within the teams that I lead and work with.
