Roles & Responsibilities –➢ Execute and supervise all civil works including estimating costing for steel, centering & shuttering, concreting and all other works as per specification & drawings.➢ Preparation of work planning schedule, material requisition, cost control & documentation.➢ Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.➢ Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations and other QA/QC documents.➢ Overseeing the selection & requisition of materials & equipment.➢ Billing with measurements checking as per drawings.➢ Prepare weekly & monthly progress report.➢ Prepare daily reports on all operation undertaken by sub-contractors.➢ Identify problems on site and improve work progress.➢ Prepare & verify bills of sub-contractor.➢ Making bills & payments for labors, sub-contractors & suppliers.

Roles & Responsibilities Regular inspection of contractor's work. Responsible for quality control & control on laboratory testing of material use in construction. Controlling concrete batching plants & routine testing of concrete work. -Supervising all the civil works. -Evaluate QC reports. -Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly progress reports. -Quantity estimation & preparation of bills. -Conducting quality control test on field and in laboratory. -checking quality of material receiving on site. -Preparation and verification of RA bills. -Preparation of final inspection report. -Precautions should be taken for safety.
