During this internship, I had exposure of various Stages of manufacturing of components of different pumps and pump assemblies which include component design process, different productions activities at shop floor-metal trimming, component fit up for welding, welding, balancing of pump components, quality control of inspection of pump Components and assemblies.

During this internship, I had exposure of different components of heat exchangers and pressure Vessels, Layout of shells and dishends and their calculations, cost calculation of welding, Identification marking on Incoming material, Shielded Arc Metal Welding and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding at shop floor, Inspection of nozzle joints on pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
