As Sr. Technology Product Manager, my role involved heading a major IoT/Big Data product within the Transportation industry, providing guidance to a co-located agile Software Development team of 75 members. While leading the product vision and backlog for various internal, web-based Java applications, I simultaneously spearhead multiple accounts with Technology teams for large strategic engagements. Ensuring the team has a healthy backlog of user stories prioritized and geared towards an MVP that will deliver value to 150+ users, I accept/reject any finished stories by writing and prioritizing user stories, considering the Minimum Viable Product. Guiding the Product team in delivering high volume, low latency, and resilient event-based data ingestion and transformation backbone for IoT data scalable to 1B events per day using AWS-based services and related PaaS architecture.• Led 75 internationally distributed team members in a multi-year program with full ownership.• Grew the practice by nurturing relationships between Capgemini and clients.• Led mobile development cycles for multiple applications in Cordova and provided diverse capabilities and services/features for a global user base of 500.• Facilitated and participated in interviewing users and testing the software with them.• Worked with Designers & Developers to break down findings, ensuring the team empathizes with and fully understands users’ problems.• Chaired daily stand-up meetings, weekly retrospectives to provide inputs on processes, and weekly iteration planning meetings to discuss and identify new user stories.

I provided guidance to 75 global Consultants in executing large-scale, cross-functional products/programs/projects with budgets exceeding $10M for a US-based Industrial Manufacturing customer for power generation in Logistics. I held primary responsibility for developing standards/guidelines for pre-award project schedules in collaboration with the Project Management team. I drove program success and fostered collaboration by maintaining strong relations with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, business leaders, project team members, and external partners. Managing stakeholder expectations throughout the product life cycle, I engaged with Engineering, Design, and Product teams to align with program goals and timelines. Leading all changes to IT strategy, policies, processes, people, governance, and partnerships, I devised a robust strategy outlining the investment and multi-year GTM plan. Partnering with various Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Logistics teams for the industrial digital thread to re-imagine enterprise feedback loops, I enabled real-time operational visibility and advanced analytics for IoT solutions on terminal operations for the Transportation domain. Defining and implementing a customer communication strategy, I handled planned/unplanned outage notifications and customer-facing metrics.• Increased offshore headcount from 40 to 65 employees by refining the outsourcing strategy.• 25% boost in revenues in 1 year by implementing and adopting a new Logistics Custom System and cross-functional leadership.• Delivered 15 programs and projects by developing mitigation plans for identified program risks & opportunities.• Participated in Customer Success Executive Business reviews, providing details to identify issue trends, corrective actions, and training opportunities based on customer SR data.
