Emerson export engineering centre is a subsidiary of Emerson Electric Company, USA.EEEC is an Centre of Excellence for Automation which does Remote Engineering for all Emerson offices worldwide. I am the foundation team member for Implementation of SIS System in EEEC which is based on IEC 61511 standards. Also a team member of Hardware Subject Matter Expert for Emerson in SIS. I am involved in standardizations, Documentation, testing & design related Issues for this Newly launched system in October 2004. I am Leading the Hardware Dept. & is responsible for Hardware designing of System cabinets, Marshalling cabinets, Power distribution cabinets, Grounding Schemes, Loop wiring Diagrams,IO allocation /Database, Network cabinets, Auxiliary cabinets, Hardware Design specifications, Third party device selection & its testing ,Cable list Preparation, Cross wiring schedule, Bill of Material etc. I have also worked on Logic Diagram/Module Implementation, Graphics development & testing of logic as per the SRS, Setting of communication Network. Additional I have Responsibility for providing technical support for the SIS project to the entire Emerson front offices world wide. Providing support to proposals group. Apart from project execution activities my day to day task includes making video conferencing with front office to understand the customer requirement, participate in Kick off meetings & provide progress report for all the projects.Achievements:1) Subject Matter Expert for SIS Hardware in Emerson. Total 5 persons selected from Emerson world wide.2) Subject Matter Expert for DeltaV Hardware Engineering.3) Successfully completion of Cabinet Built Facility for Europe in Slovakiaand setup of procedure for communication and understanding with various front offices, EEEC (design centre) and ESAD (cabinet built facility).

In this company I was involved in installation & commissioning of 200TPD Semi automatic refinery & 500 TPD fully automatic PLC controlled plant with SCADA system of GE FANUC.I was also responsible for preventive & breakdown maintenance of Electric & Instrumentation system of Steam Turbine Generator, Diesel Generator, Oil Refinery, Steam Boiler, Vapor & Ammonia Absorption Chillers, Oil fired Heater, Automatic Filling & Packing Machine, Inventory control for Electrical & Instrumentation.
