Job role:* Making tapping and water line drawings for M1TR. * Explaining all drawings to m1tr operator. * To Interact with manufacturers. * Making drawings for wire cutting using Autocad. * Making Electrode setting drawings for EDM for critical part (cavity, core insert, and side cores i.e slider.* Good knowledge of various tool room activities like milling, drilling, tapping, cg, opg, edm drilling. * well aware with heat treatment processes.

BE Mechanical with experience in Turning Fixture Design and Development at AMS workholding. (Advance metal working solution) *Hands on tools like Autocad, solidworks, catia & ugnx. Roles & Responsibilities :* To interact with customer to know their requrirement. * Making layouts of turning fixture and ppt presentation for design approval process. *Design and Development of workholding chucks using solidworks and catia. *2D drafting and detailing of all kind of chucks using gd&t.*ex collet chucks (ID &OD), *UBL chucks(compensating & centralising with orientation,locators, homing blocks spring loaded resting blocks and other auxiliary parts )*power chucks, eccentric collet chucks, *Diaphram chucks ( Pin holders, steel cages & rubber cage) *Design and detailing of Adapter plates for A2 type spingle nose, morse type centres. *Making hardware list* chuck servicing and material inspection. *Excellent knowledge of gd&t, surface roughness parameters & surface finishing process.
