CurrentAs a support is responsible for managing the Apple area service teamThe manager will also be responsible for preparing reports and carrying out an analysis of the team's performanceThe Apple Technical Area Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Apple technical support teamThe Service Manager also works closely with other departments within Apple to ensure that technical support is coordinated and effective across the companyManages a team of Apple Technical Chat Support Specialists who provide in-depth technical support for Assisted customers with various technical issues via email, live chat and telephone.Delivered local and remote Tier 1 IT support for hardware and software to company personnel.Created and implemented new troubleshooting processes, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs. Evaluated software or hardware to recommend improvements or upgrades. Good communication, chat support skills and ability to handle customers in a proficient manner. Create and manage the backup of users' devices and help them to restore it back with the the help of iTunes, Time machine and Migration assistant utility. Responsible for creating and managing repairs through Apple GSX (Global Service Exchange) The tool also monitors the repairs to ensure it completed within the specified timeline (SLA).• Mac Enterprises Device Management through JAMF.• Deployment of Applications, Mac OS software updates, and Automation scripts through JAMF.• Installing and troubleshooting media/publishing/enterprise software.• Troubleshooting of client Mac OS-related issues (Change/Incident/Problem Management).• GSX Administrator to request Parts & Orders for Mac, iMacs & iPhone• Installing/updating of Mac OS, and installing third-party software/applications.• Knowledge about installing IOS and Mac OSX from Apple Configure Tools• Basic knowledge of MDM and JAMF
