As a DevOps engineer at IKS Health with 3 years of hands-on experience, my journey has been one of continuous growth and learning in the world of cloud automation and infrastructure management. My expertise lies in working with some of the most powerful cloud platforms and tools available, including AWS, GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes, which I’ve used extensively to design, automate, and optimize infrastructure across various environments.From the beginning, I was drawn to Terraform for its ability to manage infrastructure as code. Achieving my HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification has been a significant milestone, as it helped me master the intricacies of provisioning scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure. Alongside Terraform, I’ve had the opportunity to work on both AWS and GCP environments, earning Cloud Architect certifications for both platforms. These experiences have allowed me to architect solutions that leverage the strengths of each cloud provider, often integrating them for multicloud strategies that maximize performance, cost-efficiency, and resilience.Throughout my career, I have become proficient in automation and CI/CD pipelines, using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Bitbucket to streamline deployments and ensure continuous integration. One of my most exciting challenges has been orchestrating and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker, which are now core to modern DevOps practices. Whether it’s scaling microservices or ensuring high availability in production, I’ve been able to drive key improvements in deployment efficiency and reliability.I also have deep familiarity with Linux, which has been an essential skill for managing infrastructure and automating system tasks with scripting languages like Python. My work with YAML has been crucial in managing configuration files for various tools, including Kubernetes and Ansible, ensuring that every detail is version-controlled and repeatable.
