I am the Chief Operating Officer at Naikan Institute, India's first research and training-based psychology platform for aspiring practitioners and professionals. I oversee the client-company operations and support other departments within the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient processes and work protocols.With a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Analytics and Marketing from Sobhasaria Engineering College, I have gained skills in marketing management, market analysis, and people management. I leverage these skills to create and implement strategies that enhance the learning experience and professional support for the learners, as well as to promote the brand and vision of the institute. I have also acquired experience in credit bureau, banking, and funding from my previous role at Perfect Finance, where I managed the accounts receivable, payments, invoices, and finance reports.I am passionate about simplifying counseling by providing technology for emotional well-being. I believe that psychology can be applied in various domains and contexts, and that everyone can benefit from exploring the new possibilities of human psyche. I am a member of Toastmasters International, a global non-profit organization that develops communication and leadership skills.
