- Delivered a new workflow visibility tool which allows supply-chain end-users to review historical trends and aid in forecasting labor and potential stress points in their operations. Worked and coordinated with various teams to carry it out successfully. Utilized SQL/SAS projects to create its workflow of orders through various systems. Utilized data management skills and techniques including data joins, data cleaning and data integrity and various logical approaches to generate the final table. Built interactive visualizations in Excel to provide an accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns in data. Extensively validated the data entries against the raw data using various strategies in SAS/SQL to maintain an accurate and error-free dataset.- Built a SAS/SQL project which allows operations end-users to identify stores that have the highest and lowest On-Time Deliveries and Late Deliveries. The tool allows end-users to review and compare historical data including Actual and Planned Dwell, Stop Numbers and the corresponding Store Names tied to the respective BOL (Bill of Lading) broken down by several parameters. Rebuilt the code in Teradata to allow for a smooth connection to Power BI. Built visually impactful Power BI dashboards and automated them to run weekly. Validated and presented the data numerous times and using several ways to satisfy the key stakeholders. - Performed a thorough troubleshooting on an already built complex SAS/SQL project to pin-point the cause of exclusion of a set of data entries from the final table by rebuilding the whole SAS/SQL project from scratch mimicking the original project. Ran every step one by one having made a different tweak in each iteration and analyzing each incremental output table to check where it was going wrong.- Assisted the compliance team with ad hoc data analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities by utilizing SAS/SQL, Power BI, MS Excel.
