I am a seasoned Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent management, employee relations and organizational development. Over the past 5 years, I have gained valuable experience shaping the human resources landscape of prominent organizations across diverse industries.From August 2019 to September 2023, I served as Assistant Manager HR at Cellcom Teleservices Pvt Ltd, a leading player in the telecommunications sector. In this role, I led comprehensive training and development programs aimed at upskilling employees and aligning their competencies with organizational objectives. I conducted thorough training needs analyses, designed tailored programs, and implemented initiatives that fostered incremental learning and professional growth.
