As a co-convener at the admissions committee of K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM), I oversee the selection and evaluation of prospective MBA candidates. I apply my analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure a fair and rigorous process that attracts and admits high-quality applicants. I also collaborate with other committee members and faculty to plan and execute various outreach and engagement activities for prospective and admitted students.I am also a MBA student at KJSIM, with a focus on business administration and management. I have completed multiple certifications in management consulting from Coursera, and have gained knowledge and skills in macroeconomics, project management, and creative problem-solving. Prior to joining KJSIM, I co-founded and managed Niteouts, a nightlife events startup that hosted and curated bespoke nightlife experiences in Delhi. I leveraged my entrepreneurial skills and hospitality background to create memorable events for customers and partners. I also worked as a junior sous chef at the Westin Gurgaon, a Marriott International property, where I was part of the Voyager program, a leadership development initiative for high-potential graduates. I am passionate about expanding my horizons and exploring new opportunities in the fields of hospitality, consulting, and management. I am always eager to learn and grow as a professional and a leader.
