MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: -To deliver validated products with optimum efficiency with respect to quality, cost, and delivery for organizational growth. -Design & Customised Development of Rotary Mixing Equipment for various field: (0.75Hp to 350Hp)(Design Mixing equipment for Bioreactors, Fermenters, Minerals, Paints, Chemical, pharmaceutical, food, grease, waste water, paint, adhesive, water, and cosmetic industries)-To Manage and mentor a team of designers and draughtsmen, as well as giving them technical direction to ensure timely and high-caliber deliveries.-Mechanical Design of Agitator drive & Drive shaft & impeller blade, hub and other components.-Monitoring and maintaining overall engineering activity related to mixing system design, drawing generation & preparation of Material requirement.-Document approval form client & Third-Party Inspection Agency.-Collaborate with customers to review product specifications based on application and engage to define scope of work.-To address product site issues and initiate corrective actions accordingly.-Review & approval of engineering data & change request and product structure prior to release.-To provide guidance & motivation to team members and enhance technical knowledge through appreciation and internal trainings.-To do Coordination with cross-functional teams & overseas clients for various export projects.Other Inline Responsibility: (FEA Analysis for critical components)- To Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on major design components of different segments using ANSYS software In Accordance with In Accordance with SEC VIII DIV 2 Part-5, EN 13445 & AD 2000 Merkblatt FEA Code.
