• Pre & post work contract, Tender & budget estimation.• Compilation of Tender Documents (ITB) & Contract Packages in compliance of Oil & Gas industry standards.• Preparation of Contract documents, amendments, variations in accordance with approved company policy.• Preparation and management of cost estimates, cash flow and bills of quantities BoQ• Maintain MPTR (Material Procurement Tracking Register) and Contract Execution Tracking Log.• Prepare Cost and Value Reconciliation, cost control, modelling and budget, feeding back value to construction team on site.• Assessing effect of design changes on costs, ensuring clear processes and procedures are in place to ensure costs are passed on properly in line with contracts.• The preparation and valuation of progress and final payments in connection with any contract or sub-contract.• To advise from time to time on cost management, or value management. • Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work. • Liaise & co-ordination with all parties involved (consultants, sub-contractor, suppliers)• Establishing and maintaining an approved vendors list and a contracts database.• Preparation of Monthly Invoice and submitting for approval to the client.• Follow-up with the client for the payment of the invoices.• Preparation of final jobs close out report and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities and preparation of as built drawings.
