I am very exiting about my new position. I am working with all six City Care Alliances Practices.Working full time Monday to Friday.Working as FCP in GP Practises, I am able to to address the needs of large proportion of the patient.I deliver initial assessments, communications, and referrals to the GP and other healthcare services.I am providing FCP service to the patient including with MSK problem, Neurological, Rheumatological and Orthopaedic condition for a GP appointment are offered an appointment with a Physiotherapist instead.I have to assess, diagnose and treat patient with a large range of conditions.I have strong communication skills with the ability to speak as many as five languages.

I have gained experience and skill in treating patients, getting 80-90 percent improvement in health conditions. I have exposure with patients in age ranging from 5-90.I treat about 80 patients a week.I deliver initial assessments, communications, and referrals with other healthcare services for red and yellow flags. I produce progress and discharge reports.I prepare patient specific exercise prescriptions and rehabilitation plan.I treat patients with a broad range of injuries, including whiplash, fracture, neck and back problems, frozen shoulder, soft tissue disorder like De Quervain syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, rheumatological conditions, joint replacements, and fibromyalgia.I deliver expertise in hands-on treatment like deep soft tissue mobilisation, joint mobilisation, manipulative techniques, massage, myofascial release, trigger point techniques, stretches and PNF.I regularly play a key role in most patients achieving more than 80 percent recovery in less than 50 percent of the recommended sessions,I deliver successful treatments in 80 to 100 percent of cases.I receive good feedback from patients, including GPs Specialists & Surgeons.I have strong communication skills with the ability to speak as many as five languages.

I advised and educated patients, conduct initial assessment, preparing progress & discharge reports.I created a functional restoration programme with long term pain/conditions including neuro-rehab, community, and wheelchairs.I treated patients with CP, MS, Osteoarthritis, Stoke, Post-Surgical Physiotherapy, and Fibromyalgia.I deliver hydrotherapy for chronic and acute conditions, joint replacements, rheumatological, neurological and orthopaedic conditions, I employed soft tissue mobilisation, Joint mobilisation, manipulative techniques, massage, myofascial release, trigger point techniques, stretches & PNF, balance & coordination exercise, and gait training as key parts of training.I worked with patients ranging in age from 2 through those over 80.

I treated patients with Electrotherapy, Soft Tissue Mobilisation, Joint mobilisation, Manipulative techniques, massage, myofascial release, trigger point techniques, stretches and PNF.I instructed patients in the safe and effective use of weights, pulleys, inclined surfaces and various equipment for specific treatment.I arranged treatments such as therapeutic exercise programs encompassing active and passive ranges of motion, muscle reeducation, massage and heat, water, ice, electrical, and light stimulation.

I independently treated patients of Post Trauma patients, Post-Surgical Physiotherapy, Patients with Medical Decease with Paraplegia & Paraparesis, Back Problems, Soft tissue disorder like D.Q, Tennis Elbow, Golfer’s Elbow, and more.I provided physiotherapy treatment, including assessment, in outpatients and inpatients departments with high standards.I managed a clinical caseload, while organising and prioritising department workload.I provided safety assessment of equipment used in carrying out treatments.I carried out regular ward rounds, meetings and case conferences.I evaluated, planned and delivered care plans in response to complex needs based in various clinical settings, including neuro-rehab, community, wheelchairs.I reported all complaints/incidents to senior managers and documented them.

Internship Training: Geetanjali Hospital, Udaipur Rajasthan, India. During 6 months (1440 Hours) internship demonstrated & practiced the principals of physiotherapy. The internship involved the rotation duty in various hospital wards, including ICU & OPD.Project: Guillain Barré Syndrome (GBS). Successfully concluded project with the Epidemiology, Etiology, Causes diagnosis, treatment (medical, surgical & physiotherapy) & Rehabilitation.
