I joined the Business Industrial Solutions (BIS) Division of BlastOne International, which is a project based business unit, that specializes in capital equipment projects for the abrasive blasting and painting industries. As a Pre-Construction Project Manager, I am responsible for all early stages of our Project development process. I support initial customer contact, early design concepts, as well as the detailed engineered solution to support the customer's specific needs in all aspects of the development process. My main focus is to reduce risk to the customer, by mitigating scope creep as it impacts all facets of a project, but mostly, cost and schedule.Our projects are heavily focused on creating customized solutions for customers and focusing on designing abrasive blasting and painting facilities based on not only the current production needs, but also the future production goals of their business. Rather than being simply an equipment provider, BlastOne strives to be a long term business partner with our clients with a mutual focus on their long term success and profitability.
