At Spencer Ogden, I currently sit on the Denver Contracts team. I run a 360 desk -- managing and interacting candidates and clients. I am in charge of:-Manage the entire recruitment pipeline from sourcing to extended offer letter and onboarding-Use ATS/recruitment platforms such as Bullhorn Staffing, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source candidates for specific positions on my desk-Run pre-screening calls with candidates to qualify them on their technical and communication skills before we send them over to the client-Preparing candidates for interviews using information from the hiring manager directly.-Debriefing candidates and clients after the interviews, to ensure that the process went well for both parties -Receiving offers from clients and extending those out to the candidates, -Negotiating salary, benefit packages, and others on behalf of the candidate -Sending onboarding documents to candidates once the offer is accepted, staying on top of drug tests, background checks, etc-Maintaining a solid relationship with the candidate after they are hired to make sure they are being treated correctly and happy with their new situation-Speaking with hiring managers of different clients to pull new jobs and bring more business to Spencer Ogden-Building relationships with clients to guarantee repeat business-Manage all relations for accounts, from running meetings to sending resumes
