I’ve always believed in the potential of real estate to shape communities. While driving past NJIT, I envisioned housing development on the edge of campus, knowing it could be a high-value opportunity. Fast forward to today, that vision became reality, not just for the area, but for my career as well.After seeing a luxury apartment building appear where I once saw potential, I cold-called the development company. This leap of faith took me from an unpaid intern to a key staff member, working directly with the Owner/CEO and his executive team. Over the past three years, while simultaneously studying quantitative finance, I’ve learned about the art of acquiring, developing, financing, constructing, and stabilizing mixed-use rental assets. I played an integral role in helping the company grow from 80 units to over 1,000, navigating the highs and lows of scaling a real estate portfolio.Balancing my passion for real estate with my academic pursuit in quantitative finance has allowed me to approach projects with a unique analytical mindset, combining strategic market insight with financial expertise.
