Rose through the ranks at Pinkto Chemicals to become Partner in 2005 and subsequently CEO and Managing Partner in 2007. After my appointment as CEO, the company’s revenue grew manifold. Also Co-own Sunshine Metamin Chemicals Pvt. Ltd (Manufacturing of Industrial Salt and Non ferrous Metals) and Sunshine Entertainment and Events Pvt. Ltd. (Education, Short Film Production, Events and Theater Productions) Our entertainment and production house has a Bengali Short Films to its credit - Flames, which has been showcased at the Cannes Film Festival and won various short film festival awardsI have strongly embedded a culture of customer-focus and innovation. Have managed to set the company strategy and drive execution through alignment, authentic company culture, and transparency. In addition to my professional career, i was appointed as guest motivator by Bengal National Chamber of Commerce to teach Entrepreneurial Development at their Education Development Institute. Also invited as a Judge and Speaker by ICFAI, Hyderabad at their management fest. Along with that, also took Personality Development Sessions for BBA students at Scottish Church College, Kolkata. An active member of CHEMEXIL and associated with various Business & Chemicals forums - Export Import Federation, Member of ICMMA, ICC, ICA, and ILZDA.An avid traveler and a passionate long-distance road tripper covering several miles in different continents.
