Quality control over work performance, make necessary revision in methods of commissioning in order to reach parameters and characteristics required for equipment and system operation, carry out adjustment. Ensuring that any outstanding actions for system hand over to commissioning are duly recorded and are effectively cleared as per procedures and regulations in place. Analyze measurement data of operation parameters, perform necessary calculations and give opinion on suitability of construction projects to operation, identify reasons of their inadequacy. Participate in walk downs jointly with EPC Contractor and Operations and follow up on closing out the punch items raised during the walk downs.

3GP System Completion Project. Independently planning and organizing completions engineering based on a good understanding of the company’s procedures, project contract, specifications, documents, drawings, codes and vendor documents. Leading a team of technicians to successfully develop commissioning deliverables in line with the project commissioning execution plan and corporate procedures while being compliant with the stringent project schedule. Leading an execution team on site through the discipline supervisors to successfully perform the previous planned pre-commissioning and commissioning activities being compliant with overall project schedule. Plans and engages the Commissioning Manager to provide inputs regarding the organization of manpower resources and deployment schedule, considering the current workload and resource availability. 3GI System Completion Project. Accountable for supporting TCO in stewarding the SC field execution with specific responsibilities of controlling permitting activities, including coordinating/ prioritizing SIMOPS and managing energy isolation within assigned area of responsibility. 3GI SC Team is an integrated team comprised of resources from SC Contractor, Sub-contractors, MAC, Vendors and TCO staff.
