Silk Road Samarkand (2019- ongoing)Multifunctional tourist complex spanned across 212 ha, a modern attraction of entire Central Asia, with 4 world-class hotels, 4 specialized Health & Wellness boutique hotels, contemporary public spaces, parks, recreation and sport areas, authentic restaurants, cafes and bars, International Congress Center and sites of cultural interest (Eternal City of ancient Samarkand).The Project is anticipated to serve as a venue to Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit (SCO Summit) in Samarkand, Uzbekistan in September 2022.Acting as a Deputy Project Director, with duties including:• Coordination the design works executed by lead designer Arup Group – subcontracted for development of design of Master Plan for 212 ha, detailed design of all major buildings: congress center, 8 hotels with 1200 rooms, recreation facilities and utilities;• Coordination of works of interior designers: Metex Design (Turkey) – subcontracted for development of interior design of 8 hotels; AB Italia (Italy) – subcontracted for development of interior design, production and execution of fit-out works of Congress Center;• Initiation of brainstorming sessions and obtainment of approvals for external engineering facilities: external electricity for 35MV, gas, sewage & waste, water supply;• Participation in negotiations to establish 40MV Solar Power Plant in Chupon-Ota hill to feed the needs of the Project;• Providing support to Procurement team, conducting technical interviews, analysis & inspection of production facilities of proposed producers & vendors (furniture, technology and equipment, materials);• In conjunction with Operating Team participation in handpicking the suppliers and executors of works (ICT & Entertainment technologies across the Complex, System Integrator for works execution), participation in negotiations and choice of partners for hotel management (Minyoun Hospitality).

Tashkent International Medical Center (2020-ongoing) Multifunctional medical center for 200 beds in the heart of Tashkent, specialized in Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurosurgery, General Surgery and Rehabilitation.Acted as a Deputy Project Director on behalf of Enter Engineering (EPC executor), with duties including: • In conjunction with the Operating Team to coordinate the design works executed by lead design subcontractor Arup Group – subcontracted for development of concept and detailed design of the Main Building and Master Plan of the area;• To oversee and advise the works of internal Engineering groups, who’s responsibility included development of Parking Building design, obtainment of technical requirements for external engineering facilities (electricity, water, sewage, gas, land allotment, etc.).

Samarkand International Airport (2020-ongoing)Redevelopment of existing airport built in 1967. The scope of our Project Team included design, procurement and construction of New Airport Terminal with capacity to serve 1-2 mln passengers per year and 120 scheduled flights per week. The Project is planned to be commissioned at the end of 2021 to be able to host Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit (SCO Summit) in Samarkand, Uzbekistan in September 2022.Acted as a Deputy Project Director on behalf of Enter Engineering , with duties included: • step into the process of handing over the project from previous executors to our Group,• identify the current state of works and available information and establish a workflow to harmlessly pass the Project to our Team.In particular, established a working relationship with existing designer specialized in airports KIKLOP Design, Engineering and Consultancy, initiated and led several brainstorming sessions and facilitated the process of information handover to our Project Team. Once the process was established, “stepped aside” and was engaged on ad-hoc basis (to facilitate the clarification of certain requirements with government authorities, checking with our Team and KIKLOP whether all the processes are smooth; providing support to Procurement Team in identifying the problematic Long Lead Items requiring urgent placement of orders).

Reconstruction of Al-Bukhary Memorial Complex (2020-ongoing)Redevelopment of religious–memorial complex located in Uzbekistan, dedicated to Abu Abdullakh Mukhammad ibn Ismail Al-Bukhari – a famous theologian, scientist and the author of “Al-Jomiy as-Sakhih” (“Authentic collection” of Khadiths).The Project involves building a new mosque and master plan development of the area with introduction of hotels and accommodation facilities around the Complex to further prosper the tourism.Acted as a Deputy Project Director on behalf of Enter Engineering. Involvement included: • participation in the process of selection of the main executor of works (supply of marble materials and execution of fit-out works of New Mosque), • coordinating the smooth interaction between existing designer (main Architect specialized in design of Mosques), construction team and main subcontractor.Once the process was established, “stepped aside” and was engaged on ad-hoc basis.

Uzbekistan National Dramaturgical Opera Theater (2021- ongoing)EPC project to develop a contemporary yet classical Opera Theater representing new Uzbekistan, currently experiencing Third Renaissance of development. The 75000 m2 building with two Performance Stages and all necessary infrastructure is being built in the heart of Tashkent, next to Oliy Majlis (Parliament of Uzbekistan) building.Involvement included participation in the process of selection of the main designer and executor of fit-out works:• The group of three representatives were sent by Shareholder and Management to Italy to participate in a series of negotiations to establish a working relationship with a consortium of designers (AB Italia and Artelia Group)• Negotiated the interaction schedule and contract structure outlining the relationship of participants, roles and responsibilities with identification of responsibility matrix.

Humo Arena (2017-2019)Unique multifunctional Ice and Entertainment complex in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with two ice arenas simultaneously hosting 12500 + 500 visitors.The greenfield EPCM project with estimated budget of 175 mln euros, including design, approval with government authorities and obtainment of governmental decrees granting benefits to Project (tax, customs, land). Two leading architects were invited for design development: Heerim Architects (South Korea) and Project Institute ARENA (Russian Federation).Acted as a Deputy Project Director on behalf of Enter Engineering, with duties included:• Coordination of design works executed by Heerim Architects (concept design) and PI Arena (detailed design, construction drawings)• Coordination of entire activities of Oberhofer Stahlbau - turn-key executor for metal structures, non-removable holorib floors, roof and façade (alignment of design with technical solutions, oversee and control the production and installation works, coordination of activities of sub-subcontractors; cost and budget control).• Coordination of works of other major subcontractors (ICE and HVAC, ICT & Infotainment, Sports Equipment, furniture, fit-out works).

Kandym Gas Processing Complex (2014-2017)Gas production facility processing gas condensate from Kandym group of fields. LUKOIL's biggest investment project in Uzbekistan with estimated budget of 3.3 bln USD and production capacity of 8.1 bln m3 of gas per year.Our Project Team (NSGD-EE) was subcontracted by Hyundai Engineering Co (HEC) for execution of EPC volume:• Temporary Facilities (accommodation, workshops and storage facilities) for 8000 people to work&live in the Project during construction and commissioning,• Construction of 4 Administrative and Auxiliary Buildings,• Construction of Roads and Pavements within the Kandym CPF,• Production and supply of 120 000 tonnes of concrete required for entire Kandym CPF.Acted as a Project Manager.

Oil&Gas Facilities ConstructionPrior to joining the Uzbekistan projects of Enter Group in roles requiring deep operational involvement, was based in Russian office of Enter Group in Moscow from October 2012, where mainly specialized in preparation of tender documents and participation in bids for potential projects, preparation of marketing materials, was involved in acquisition of Design Institute in Slovakia, as well as executed special tasks from Management (development of organizational structures of portfolio companies and divisions, cost and headcount optimizations, company reorganization tasks).Participated in following projects in Russian Federation:• Development of Yuzhno-Russkoye Oil & Gas field. Equity Sales within Institutional Capital MarketsPrivate Placements for Russian small and mid-caps, block trading with institutional clients.Joined initially as Direct Market Access sales (electronic trading and prime brokerage services), our Team built up the desk to meet all requirements of our clients: from Equity Capital Markets to DMA (Direct Market Access).
