Ruslan Mammadov was born in 1988 in Potsdam, Germany. He spent his childhood and youth in Russia. In 2004, he came to Azerbaijan with his family. In 2005, he entered the finance and credit faculty of Baku Business University.In 2015, when all businesses were closed, he created the Mario Russo brand, a made-in-Azerbaijan brand. On July 28, 2022, he was appointed as the first vice president of Karapapak Fight Club & Promotion.He started his career from the lowest position, correcting all his mistakes and taking risks. His greatest motivation is to do good and make his loved ones happy, rather than the progress he gets in his work. Making someone happy has a good effect on him.
