As the primary liaison for clients in the CIS region, I assumed responsibility for directing and managing all operational aspects, personnel, logistics, and overall project execution. As a Master Planner, I was accountable for coordinating activities, project planning, and task execution for the Production department, R&D, Product Life Management department, and Supply Chain. Based on the priority of tasks and Team capacity, in close cooperation with HODs and Senior management, I was creating a schedule and tracked all activities. I Dug into the most important tasks and reported on their progress to the CEO and the Chairman of the company. During my work, I implemented project management and planning software into Company, I set up processes and a system of statuses and approvals in this soft, significantly improving Team awareness about tasks, thereby closing the communication gap that was the bottleneck of these departments. After I finished implementation of this software, more than 150 team members started using it instead of offline tables, and now all updated information is available online with good visualization (dashboards, graphics, gant charts, statistics, tracking, and history). As a result, the number of delays was significantly reduced, improvement in management awareness of the presence of problems in advance, thereby the time buffer to make the best decisions and their balance increased, which allowed the company to save a significant amount of money. Together with the Team, we built a process for the interaction of the technical sales department and the Product Life Management department, of the department to assess the necessary modification of ILI tools. During my time in this position, I get good experience in Production management, internal work process improvement, and advanced ILI technologies.

As a technical coordinator, I was a key person in managing the activities between the Production department, PLM department, R&D, and Operations department. Monitored deadlines and managed tasks. I was a host of meetings within the organization to follow up on the progress of agreed tasks. Monitored the CPM and ERP of the company, and worked closely with Project managers and Business Development managers to upload all project information into the system. During my work in this position, I have greatly improved my knowledge of the Middle East, CIS, and Europe markets and increased my expertise in the In-line Inspection of Oil and Gas pipelines and integrity management. I dug into modern inspection technologies like Smart Caliper, MFL, TFI, EMAT, and UT. As a technical coordinator, I conducted internal audits of the company with reports to the CEO, the Operational Director, and the Chairman of the Company.

I collaborated with senior management teams and engineers of end-clients to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize expenses associated with drilling operations. In my role, I successfully drilled numerous wells using both Water-Based Mud (WBM) and Oil-Based Mud (OBM), gaining extensive experience with a wide range of existing drilling fluids systems, including salt-saturated polymer mud, polymer-bentonite, polymer-inhibited, bio-polymer silicate mud, Boremax system, CaCl2 brine, NaCl brine, KCl brine, OBMs with various oil-to-water ratios, and low toxic OBM. My strong inventory control skills ensured efficient resource management and cost-effectiveness throughout these projects.I conducted comprehensive drilling fluids testing and developed creative chemical solutions during drilling operations, addressing and overcoming challenges to optimize drilling performance. Collaboration and teamwork were key components of my approach, as I worked closely with representatives from drilling companies and end-clients to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.My expertise extended to hydraulic and Equivalent Circulating Density (ECD) calculations, which were crucial for maintaining wellbore stability and preventing issues during drilling. I have wide experience in Western Siberia, Komi, and the Black Sea offshore, where I applied my skills and knowledge to diverse and challenging environments.I have worked with major industry players such as Rosneft, Gazprom, LUKOIL, SevKomNeftegaz, Equinor, Shell, and BP, gaining valuable insights and contributing to significant projects. My role required me to leverage my technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative skills to drive successful drilling operations and deliver exceptional results for clients.
