Ruslan Oleksenko’s first personal venture into real estate was in 1995, since then his investment portfolio has grown significantly from small properties to freestanding commercial buildings and land plots for development. With the realization that real estate was a life mission for Mr. Oleksenko as well as his personal passion, a significant amount of time was invested in formal RE-education. It gradually gained a significant number of consultancy contracts, then prominent investment deals and development projects, and attracted investment partner capital, which allowed even more creative ideas to be realized.In 2009 professional media “Invest Gazeta” states DEOL Partners to be a leader in Ukrainian realestate market and Ruslan Oleksenko is placed #2 of top 100 most efficient managers in real estateindustry in the country.Mr. Oleksenko completed full course of Investment Management from CCIM Institute (USA), obtained a degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales (Australia), as well as in Financial Law from the Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University (Ukraine). Also, Ruslan passed certification courses of Project Management UPMA (Ukrainian Level) and IPMA (International Level).
