CurrentUgh, right, what do I do here? I manage build-outs of the offices for Atlas clients and assist relocations from one office to another. This includes the following: doing the initial audit of the space, identifying tasks that would need to be completed ( Internet connectivity, low and high voltage cabling, security systems, audio visual systems, furniture, etc.), creating a project plan and timelines, working with different vendors to complete the following tasks, providing clients with the reports of project progress, identifying risks and ways to fix them, as well as Quality Assurance at the end of the project. Overall, fun job, as it involves communication with many people, discipline and attention to details to stick to the project plan and ensure that it finishes in time and according to client's expectations.
