Responsibilities: • Deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems and services in General Motors plant in Saint-Petersburg and support of manufacturing operations in other GM sites in Russia. • Development of short-term and long-term IT strategies, processes and procedures integrated with company mission, goals and best practices, monitoring of full and timely achievement of tasks.• Project management (identification and documentation of client requirements and expectations, project plan design, team formation and deployment of the projects according to ITIL and PMP methodology and practices).• Budget development, approval and execution for IT operations (OPEX), investment (CAPEX) and projects (INNOVATION).• Management of internal IT department and outsourced Hewlett Packard teams, including 16 people: goal setting and assessment of results; formulation and implementation of individual development plans in coordination with company strategy and values; evaluation of workplace conditions and satisfaction with employer.Achievements: • Created a function which provided a full scope of IT services, using both internal IT resources and outside contractors and service providers; organized production support following the termination of outsourcing contracts with Hewlett Packard.• Initiated and provided the introduction of measures to optimize information processes and reduce IT and business-related costs.• Designed and approved a business-continuity plan for IT function in the event of an emergency (personnel, infrastructure, systems and services).• Managed, developed and supported the introduction of a project for processing and protecting personal data, in accordance with Russian federal order 152-FZ requirements.
