• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash • Reconcile bank and investment accounts • Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting • Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy • Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll

• Analysis, control and monitoring of spare parts supply chain activities, with the purpose of synchronizing supply with demand and creating net value;• Preparing weekly/monthly reports (collection and analysis of KPIs, weekly sales reports, aging data, etc.);• Coordination activities with Service team on supply chain management (SCM) process

• Building and managing relationships with companies that supply products and services to ISE Professional• Making sure that suppliers meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time.

• Assisting the Procurement group with the day-to-day purchasing transactions• Analysis of suppliers using key procurement and materials metrics• Preparing reports• Assist in procurement projects

• Act as the representative of graduate students at TU with different stakeholders• Assist with recruiting and public relations activities of Office of Graduate Studies• Plan and coordinate special events such as graduate student orientation, workshops, and social activities• Assist with approval and management of graduate assistant research and travel awards

• Tracking and tracing of import / export cargo• Electronic data filing of ISF(importer security filing) entries with US Customs• Verifying critical shipment info • Data management for incoming cargo and customers

• Support the development and distribution of marketing and administrative materials for the programs.• Work with faculty, businesses, and graduate students on the development of website content and social media communication to promote the programs.• Develop and execute specific initiatives to enhance the visibility and growth of the programs

• Marketing and closing sales for house remodeling projects• Involve in planning, scheduling and procurement for projects• Collaboration with customers to make construction and decorating decisions• Achieve high quality customer satisfaction

• Construction inspection involving soil stability and foundation durability• Involvement in research geared towards improvement of structural inspections, i.e., precise measurements of soil resistance
