I have a long track record of working as a tech leader, software engineer, software architect, researcher and even designer. This multi-trade experience gives me a very unique perspective to the product lifecycle and attention to important details. I have architected or developed hundreds of solutions starting from simple websites and ending with SaaS, banking, e-commerce and PWA. I always look for the simplest (not simple) solutions for difficult problems. I have managed small teams of engineers (up to 7). People would rather work with me than others as I strive for honesty, transparency, personal growth and allowing people to own their decisions (leaders creating leaders). I always try to switch (or at least encourage it) company focus from features, roadmaps and prioritization to objectives and measurements driven approach with creating solutions that will generate value for the customers and be viable for the business. Personally I'm a very curious person and I have a natural tendency to pursue growth, learn new skills and gather new experiences.After hours to keep my head clean I moved into a small village surrounded by forests. I recharge my batteries with silence, nature, books, mycology, gardening and woodworking. A husband and a father of two.
