• Selected to serve on Western Strategy Council to evaluate strategic project proposals and make informed recommendations to President’s Cabinet. Previously served on Western Leadership Council in my role as Senate Vice Chair.• Coordinating with Colleague ERP Administrators and Mustang Central personnel in the overhaul of the Ellucian Recruit Customer Resource Management (CRM) system. This project includes streamlining the undergraduate and international applications, rebuilding the communication plan, building marketing campaigns, evaluating security roles, training new employees, and reporting.• Chair of Western Accessibility Committee subgroup advocating for universal design in online content, digital media, course design, and technology acquisition in following Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) international standards.• Conducted requirements gathering sessions with constituent groups to design, implement, and assess process improvement plans for projects, including Team Dynamics, Rave Mobile Safety Platform, Bank Mobile, Canvas Loads, and Simple Syllabus.• Project Manager of SoftDocs Etrieve implementation project for document imaging, form building, and workflow creation. The project started in December 2020, with the final implementation and initial training completed on time in November 2021, with a five-year budget of five hundred eighty thousand dollars.

• Supported multiple institutions across the United States using SAP Business Objects, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, SAP Information Design Tool and Ellucian Colleague.• Created SAP Business Objects universe data structures and associated reports for a Community College District of three institutions to help standardize reporting and to allow for better comparison. SAP Business Objects universes are a collection of data tables that are part of a particular theme. In this case the universes were a combination of student level data.• Upgraded Community Colleges data systems to the latest version of SAP Business Objects providing the institutions access to the latest features and improved user experience. This was a major upgrade which involved upgrading server and client components.

• Transformed local ad-hoc reports, statewide reporting projects, and national reporting projects for data integrity and accuracy. These projects include Complete College America (CCA), Voluntary Framework for Accountability (VFA), and Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS).• Member of the Data Governance and Institutional Research Council (DGIRC) for the state of Wyoming. The Council consists of institutional researchers from each of the seven community colleges in the state. The DGIRC is responsible for developing a standardized data governance process and a unified language for working with data in Wyoming.• Vice-Chair of Faculty and Professional Senate for Western. The Senate is the communication body for the institution charged with providing transparency for employees, administration, and board of trustees. I served on the Senate for over three years and have worked to be a positive force for change at the college.• Presented at the national Ellucian Live conference, the national Datatel User Group conference, and the regional Rocky Mountain User Group (RMUG) conference. Presentations conducted covered topics like advanced reporting techniques using the Colleague Reporting and Operating Analytics tool and SQL Server Management Studio.• Conducted regular training sessions for Ellucian Colleague users on the Colleague Reporting and Operating Analytics tool. This training included the creation, modification, and data verification of SAP Business Objects reports.• Instructed students in seven face-to-face sections of Computer Info Systems as an Adjunct from 11/SP to 13/FA. Developed syllabi, training plans, and assignments for these sections to better serve our students.

• Led four analysts to develop, implement and evaluate Microsoft SQL Server reports as deliverables to senior management. This process entailed working with team members to prioritize process improvements and coordinate with middle and upper management to validate team goals.• Conducted technical presentations to top management on various reporting matrices monthly. Trained co-workers and newly hired personnel on new software applications and processes.• Oversaw corporate operational budget using profit and loss (P&L) reports and general ledgers (GL) for all departments within the regional business unit. Coordinated with department heads to determine actionable events for correction and time frames for completion with a follow-up to confirm the results.

• A supervisor that organized and managed the performance of eight fire control technicians who maintained, repaired, and operated the AEGIS radar air defense system. Our system was the primary air defense on board USS Gettysburg in the Persian Gulf during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.• Received Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for maintaining one hundred percent mission readiness during two extended deployments and six successful live missile exercises.
