Led the launch of a new renewable heat technology in the UK market, including technology research and development and business development.Primarily working across the public sector, this involved generating an awareness of the opportunity and developing the business case for delivering sustainable energy projects in the following sectors:- Further Eduction (Universities and Colleges)- Social housing estate and apartment blocks- Public buildings; including museums, leisure centers, libraries and hospitals - Regeneration infrastructure programs

Accountable for establishing and delivering the group's property strategy to protect and enhance the asset value and contribution of the estate's bricks and mortar and health and safety, CSR, energy, utility and facilities management services.
