Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with crane users in the Southeastern United States, including Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, by consistently visiting clients and providing quick and accurate equipment recommendations and information. Promotes new and used equipment, parts, and service to meet all the equipment needs of clients. Superior organization allows for efficient and consistent communication with clients.

Established a customer base in a territory from Knoxville to the Tri Cities in East Tennessee while representing products with little or no existing presence in this market. Accomplished this through market research, relationship building, and “tow and show” canvassing. Assisted with parts sales and all other aspects of the business as needed.

Responsible for all aspects of sales and rentals in Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Handled all sales and rental paperwork, including quotes, contracts, and bids. Assisted Regional Sales Manager with management paperwork, including profit and commission analysis. Served as Territory Sales Manager for one year in the counties of Bradley, McMinn, Polk, Rhea and Bledsoe while retaining all Sales Coordinator responsibilities.
