Within NORDAM, my role is to oversee new business development (bid and proposal), as well as, managing a team of program managers who handle our Interiors (cabinetry and related interior components) programs for our Global business and commercial aviation customers. Additional responsibilities include program P&L, cost reduction initiatives, customer interface, and annual budgeting/forecasting.

Within Nordam. my role is to oversee all aspects of our Wichita production facility including hiring and developing our leadership team while also handling divisional P&L, annual budgeting and financial reporting for our operations in this market.

Bomhoff specialized in the production of aircraft interiors and interior components. I oversaw the entire Wichita operation reporting directly to Owner and President of Bomhoff (headquartered in Tucson, AZ). Started facility from the ground up procuring all equipment and responsible for the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of all employees. Set up inventory system, quality system, and manufacturing processes and procedures. Employment levels grew to a high of 105 employees prior to its acquisition by Nordam.

Precision Pattern was a leading manufacturer of business aviation interiors. I was responsible for all production aspects of Cessna CJ1, CJ2, CJ3, Bravo, Excel, 550 & 560 product lines. Responsible for production staffing (hiring, training, & performance appraisals) ensuring compliance to customer, regulatory, and company requirements and goals. Lead the production of numerous Customer NBAA mock-ups. Specialized in one-off and development programs.
