Designated as project manager to plan, coordinate, and take full control over multiple projects for the company. Primarily focused on DOD Government projects requiring strict conformance to Federal Acquisition Requirement (FAR), Construction Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF), JFAN 6/9, ICD/ICS 705, Autonomic Logistics Information Systems (ALIS) secured vaults. Assigned to supervise field personnel and assist in their efforts to deliver defined tasks and determined goals for the project. Create schedules with defined tasks, resources, milestones, and budgets. Comprise, analyze, or process all contracts, clarifications, or requests for information, change orders, purchase orders, budgets, schedule of values, pay applications and approve pay requests. Procure required materials, manpower and equipment. Conduct and also coordinate with owners representatives(75 CEG/CEU; Base Contracting; Lockheed Martin; Base Security Office) architects, systems designers, engineers, end users(388th Fighter Wing; 419th Fighter Wing; or any and all assets assigned as stake holders to the project. Meet with and review guidelines set by all jurisdictions or governing administrations. Assist in systems testing and facility certification. Administrate and direct all commissioning, closeout and turn overs. Motivate and evaluate assigned team members, subcontractors, suppliers and staff. Insure the integrity of the company is maintained through good working relationships among all stake holders directly associated with each project. Bring all jobs in on prior to mission critical dates, within final approved project cost, and deliver the highest quality product for the use of our devoted men and women of the Untied States Air Force.
