I am the Project Manager for the Skylar Product at Playa Vista. These are 4-Story flat style homes but are built under the commercial division of LADBS. I run all day to day activity on the job as well as oversee all inspections, write and process all change orders and work directly with Sales, Buyers, Sub-contractors, and engineers. The project consists of 31 buildings with 3 units in each building for a total of 93 units each running from 1.3-1.7 million dollars.

I was a Project Manager in charge of new projects which included work at Cedar Sinai, the Bradbury Building and UCLA Medical Center. I was in control of job procurement, bidding, and running awarded projects including all change orders and paperwork associated with project. My projects averaged a profit margin of 14-25%.
