I am a part time military teaching fellow for the Army's new Center for Army Leadership based out of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.I am responsible for designing new leadership packages that can be delivered Army wide. I will also deliver current leadership packages.I will be running training courses at the Royal Academy on the Center's behalf for external clients in order to create income generation opportunities.

I deliver powerful and motivating speeches to a variety of organisations. I have spoken to Greater Manchester Police, the US Naval Academy Annapolis, Boston College and the European Radiation authority. I am the senior land security consultant for Plexus, a UK based security and risk firm.

I am delivering ILM level 3 and 5 accredited leadership and management programmes to the Help for Heroes staff in order to develop their overall effectiveness and also to improve their ability to function as multi disciplinary teams.

I am one of the lead facilitators on the Help for Heroes Pathfinder Experience. The course is transformational. Split into 3 residential phases it helps veterans who may have struggled with the transition from the military to civilian. It helps individuals, with guidance from a mentor, to identify what they would like to do with the next phase of their life.

I am an associate at Mission Performance.I deliver programmes on leadership, coaching and high performance team building for Schlumberger, MBDA and JLT.

I was a member of the Directing Staff on the Intermediate Command and Staff Course (Land). I spent two years responsible for syndicates of ten Majors and was also the lead instructor for the military decision making process.

I spent two wonderful years commanding B Company, The Second Battalion, The Parachute Regiment. This included a six month tour in Afghanistan where I was responsible for 200 soldiers (my book, Company Commander, is a detailed account of this tour). I was awarded a Military Cross for leadership and gallantry in 2009.A Company Commander is responsible for all aspects of his soldiers lives and holds a position of significant responsibility.

I spent two years working at the Defence Procurement Agency, in the Dismounted Close Combat team. I was responsible for drafting the requirements on a significant number of projects and programmes, most of which have now been fielded in Afghanistan. On a daily basis I was dealing with projects worth on average £25 million and was primary liaison between the customer, industry and the MOD.
