Manage Pool Service Department- Transition Company to a new software system (Setup, Transfer, Implement and train staff on new software program Company wide)- Optimized Phone system infrastructure to address unanswered calls and lost business (implemented department specific call hold ques, new phone system menu with updated business call hours)- Managed customer relations for multiple departments- Optimize Routing to reduce excess miles driven by technicians- Oversee commercial pool operation compliance- Oversee major pool maintenance- Train Technicians- Oversee Vehicle Maintenance Schedules- Develop Inventory system- Develop training plans for technicians to maintain skill progression- Oversee and develop plans to seamlessly transition customers from our construction department to our service department once their pool was built

I realized there was a big gap in the aquatics industry for quality professionals in the aquatics industry so I decided to try to learn more about the industry. This position required certifications as a lifeguard and also as a certified pool operator. I got both of these certifications in a short time.Duties included:- managing a team of approx 30 young lifeguards. That were still in HS / Community college. - building schedules for work shifts- Organize training events for staff- Organizing events for local community- Hosting Regional and State level swimming events- Organizing Special Olympics events- Training Staff- Coordinating with Military base and local Sherriff's Dept for Training events- Emergency Medical Response for facility- Maintenance and Operation processes for a 500,000 gallon Olympic Pool- Maintenance and Operation processes for 2 hot tubs

Setting short and long term goals, managing budgets, and ensuring that departments are meet their goals. Working with department leads to ensure they have the tools and training needed. Organizing training plans and processes for departs to run more effectively. Ultimately, working with other organizational leaders to ensure our departments run as efficiently as possible and our organization meets its set goals. I also work diligently to build quality relationships with employees, customers and vendors in mutually beneficial ways.
